Gong sound baths. Okay, I finally wrote it. But I wanted to wait until you were tempted by the notion of experiencing absolute bliss before suggesting how to achieve it. They may sound a bit kooky, but they are, quite frankly, absolutely fantastic. You can keep your clothes on!
So what is a Gong Sound Bath & Yoga evening?
First things first, you bathe in sound waves, not water, so you remain fully clothed throughout. We start off with an hours gentle yoga to relax and release the body in preparation for the gong bath. Then you simply lie down on a mat, rest your head on a pillow, close your eyes and drift into a deep meditative state while the gongs are played around you. An hour later, and you will feel better than you ever have before.
Before you head off home to bed on a cloud of relaxation you will be fed a delicious organic soup with seasonal snacks so that your tummy is content along with your mind and spirit!
